The Free tier comes with zero credits. Credits are how Guestify meters the AI work that costs real money to run on our side. None of those work on Free.
Why we built it this way
Most SaaS “free trials” give you a 14-day full-access window, then pull it away when the timer ends. That works as a sales tactic, but it doesn’t create a calm buying experience. We built Free differently. Preview the platform, understand the workflow, and choose a paid tier when you’re ready to operate — not when a countdown timer says you have to.
The Free tier is for deciding. The paid tiers are for operating.

We don’t ask for what we don’t need. Your account is yours forever — Free accounts don’t expire — and you can upgrade from Settings → Billing whenever you decide.

With a link to verify your address. Click it. If it doesn’t arrive in 5 minutes, check your spam folder — that’s where most confirmation emails go.

With a brief 60-second tour. You can skip the tour if you want.

Your account is yours forever — we don’t expire Free accounts. When you’re ready to do paid work, you upgrade from Settings → Billing.
No "your trial expires in 13 days" emails
We don’t send those. We do send a weekly product email and an occasional founder note — both unsubscribable in one click.
What you might be wondering.
Why is the Free tier preview-only? Why not just give me 14 days of full access?
Because flat-rate “free trials” force light users to subsidize heavy users — a buyer who runs 500 deep-intel unlocks in 14 days costs us more than one who runs 5. To absorb that, the price has to go up for everyone, including users who’d never abuse the trial.
We’d rather price fairly and let you preview the platform honestly than sell you a 14-day sprint that doesn’t reflect how you’d actually use the product.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Free accounts never collect payment info.
Can I downgrade if I pick a paid tier and change my mind?
Yes. From Settings → Billing, anytime, no contact-support friction. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share your contact information with third parties. Detailed security and privacy policies are available on request.
Can I bring a team in later?
Yes. Velocity and above support multi-seat. Agency tiers (separate ladder at /pricing) support per-client multi-tenancy.
What if I’m an agency operator?
The agency tier is a separate pricing ladder (/pricing) with per-client isolation, white-label, and operator-view governance.
You can start with a Free account to preview the platform, then upgrade to an Agency tier when you’re ready to onboard clients.
