These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guestify and the Interview Authority System platform (the “Service”), operated by Guestify (“Guestify,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Send spam, harvest contacts without consent, or misrepresent who you are.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Renewal terms are shown clearly before checkout. You can cancel before your next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current term unless required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you use.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, frameworks, and brand, is owned by Guestify and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

AI-assisted features

Parts of the Service use AI to help generate pitches, summaries, and other material. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on or sending it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, bookings, or outcomes from using the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guestify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
