Common questions about pricing.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Credits cover AI generation and a few metered actions. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance set above ordinary use; if you do run out, you can buy a credit pack or move up a tier. Free carries no credit allowance, so the AI steps start at Accelerator.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Your monthly allowance carries over if unused, with a cap at 3× your monthly allowance to keep the system healthy. Credits spend in order of perishability: this month's allowance first, then any rollover from previous months, then any overage credits you've added.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle?
Yes. Switching to annual gives you the savings shown in the tier table from the next cycle forward; the current month's monthly charge isn't credited.
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a free account with no card and no clock — it doesn’t expire. It runs the whole interview workflow with one profile, a public media kit page and a one-time starter search allowance. Upgrade when you want to turn your own network into warm paths, watch the people you follow, and spend credits on the AI steps.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Annual is annual. Monthly is monthly. There's no multi-year lock-in and no escape-clause penalty. Renewal terms are shown clearly before checkout. You can cancel before renewal at any tier.
