Follow these simple steps to ensure you never miss important emails from Guestify

We are happy to share valuable content with you through email. However, many email and Internet companies are now using programs to block email they perceive as spam. Sometimes, these programs block email you have requested to receive, such as ours.

To Ensure You Are Receiving Your Guestify Content:
Add support@guestify.ai to your accepted email list using the instructions below.

Gmail

  1. In your inbox, locate an email from support@guestify.ai (ex. your welcome email for the product you just purchased).
  2. Drag this email to the “Primary” tab of your inbox.

Yahoo! Mail

When opening an email message, a “+” symbol should display next to “From: (and the sender’s name).” Select this and the “Add to contacts” pop-up should appear. Select “Save”:

Mac Mail

Step 1: Select “Mail” and “Preferences” from the top menu.

Step 2: In the “Preferences” window, click the “Rules” icon. Click the “Add Rule” button.

Step 3: In the “Rules” window, type a name for your rule in the “Description” field. Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.” Type or paste the Guestify email address in the text field beside “Contains.”

Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menus. Click “Ok” to save the rule.

Outlook 2003 & Later

  1. Right-click on the message in your inbox.
  2. Select “Junk E-mail” from the menu.
  3. Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”

Why is this important?

Unsolicited, unwanted advertising email – commonly known as “spam” – has become a big problem for all of us. It has reached such proportions that most of our email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put some sort of blocking or filtering system in place.

Guestify applauds their intention to protect us from spam, but everyone agrees that the current systems for stopping spam are far from a perfect solution. They often block email that we’ve requested, but that fits their idea of what spam looks like.
